For Srx Or Viper, Leave Them In When Changing Reeds On Stock Cages Or Take Them Out??

Tyler, I think Mike and I covered this a year or two ago on his SRX. One of his motor guys told him it flows better with the stuffers in because of the transition from the boot to the reeds. Without them it caused fuel to "pool" in the cage. If I remember correctly that was what we found. Doug
Thanks Doug, Than I Wonder Why When You Go To A V-force Or Any After Market Reed Cage You Have To Take The Stuffers Out Or Cut Them Out??

If I ran the V-Force I might be able to answer that. I still have the stockers in. Fire this question off in the 4-stroke forum. Lot's of good knowledge over there. Doug
Doug, Are You Saying The Guys On The Four Stroke Fourm Are Smarter Than The Guys On This Site?? Lol.
So...........No One Has Tryed This Before??

I think the v-force's are designed to flow WITHOUT the stuffers. I was looking at that too when I took my stock's out. But like NY_sx said, it would cause a turbulance cuz theres no smooth transition. why they wouldn'tjust mold them all one piece like that, i have no clue. had me stumped...
