Durability is an issue, but the track seems to perform fairly well while it lasts.
Good track
You know, a lot of people poo poo that track but I and a couple of buddies have had very good luck with it. We used to use it for guys who wanted an 1 1/4 and no studs. To a certain extent I think it has sort of been replaced by the Ripsaw for most people. I am taking one off my friends RX-1 this year. It has 5,000 miles on it and is excellent condition. The reason for taking it off is one torn stud and he doesn't want to take any chances. It will be going on my buddies SRX 600 because he is on a tight budget and is in desperate need of a new track.

I had one on my 01 Pro-x with 96 studs up the middle. Worked great.

That one looks like the cone track its a bit different than the connected cone.
So anyway mixed reviews then hey, well it doesnt realy matter seeing as its already sitting in the garage. It was just kind of an after thought to ask.

I have that track on my sxr700. I installed it last year. I really enjoyed that track. It worked for me in the trails. Was not so good on ice.

if it is the connected cone it will be ok,I had a non-connected for about 2000miles on my 03viper. And it was great on hard pack, loose no way.replaced with a rip saw, night and day difference. As for the it lasting, well i had no issues.

Roach_ma give me some of your tots...
Everything is great, everything is crap. The one on my Pro-x with the 96 studs was fine. This is the same track that my Venom has. I rode it last year in Northern WI. and the UP unstudded. It was fine on groomed trails, but in the icey corners it would slide a bit. So yes for this year I am going to stud and I'll be just fine. Is a Ripsaw better?, yep. Hacksaw better yet? yep. and for 2008 Camoplast will have the sawzall track and it will blow everything else away. (Your results may vary) Bring on the snow!
