Oil Pump Adjustment on 00 Phazer

I was cleaning the carbs the other day and realized that I don't know what the oil pump should be adjusted at. I just put it back to where it was, but I also worked on a 99 phazer that same night and the adjustment for the oil pump on that one was almost all the way out...while mine was almost all the way in. After seeing that I realized I better find out how to set it. Anyone know? This is the adjustment on the carbs that pull the cable...

If you are talking about cable free play it is 19mm (+ or -) 1mm
or 0.75in (+ or -) 0.04in

I'm not sure I follow you on the cable free-play. The cable goes from the carbs to the oil pump. It is pulled when the throttle is pulled.. At the carbs is the adjustment just like the adjustment for the throttle cable. If you are talking about the same thing.. could you explain a little more how you would take the measurement? I appreciate the help!
