97' SX700 - How Much Chain Case Oil?

I am draining my sx700 and am wondering if anyone knows how much to put in. I just want to make sure it's the right amount. Nothing in the user manual states this. It looks like I drained out 8 oz. Is this good to go or do I add more?

I use 300 ml of 75/90 synthetic in mine. The dealer told me between 280 and 300 ml.

Oil

I use 8 oz of synthetic Torco chaincase oil! It's like the primary drive in my Harley, it's just enough to splash something on the chain as it's goin round and round.
