i have a 99 sx 700 that on the last ride of last year all of a sudden started blowing belts and previous to that when i put new belts on the would squeal for a while any help would be great
Your alignment is probably wacked. Check engine alignment.

if its squelling its probaly ur center to center from primary to secondarys off mine use to do it all the time but i think i remebr there was somthing else that finaly made it stop i think it was takin out like this plastic washer in the seconday or adding it i didnt do it i had the guy from the dealer ship do it but i think it was takein out a shim or adding one.

check you clutch alignment centre to centre and offset.
For belt squeel you remove a washer from each of the three bolts behind the secondary. This will drop the belt slightly deeper in the secondary.
