Suspension question??

Take a look at the attached pic. I was looking over my MM and noticed that the suspension was dropped down to the lower holes on the center and rear attach points. Is this OK with a stock 141 track? I'm new to Yamaha sleds, heck any 1978 or newer sled for that matter. I've been out of it for quite a while to say the least. I am pretty mechanical and have wrenched on many things in my life but newer sleds have NOT been one of the things I've had too much expierence with. Also the diagonal rod in the back of the track is the transfer rod?? I think thats what they are, is there an adjustment on those that needs to be checked? Sorry if these questions seem very basic to most of you. Please bear with my ignorance. I will be riding mostly off trail powder hillclimbing and boondocking. The shocks in the skid seem to be all set around the medium setting if that helps. Any info you have will be greatly appreciated.
A buddy of mine came over and we swapped out the track on my wife's AC Cougar mountain cat 136 from a .75" conveyor belt to a 1.25" off a newer Ski-doo. With his help it took us right at 2 hours. He has wrenched on sleds for 30+ years so it was a GREAT learning expierence for me. It was much better than I figured the job to be. I guess I got lucky for my first time.

There just fine where they are at. It helps clear the snow with that deep of a lug track. Maxdlx
 
go to the tech section of the web site there is a ton of information there that will help you out it will also bring you up to date on the new stuff I would also get a manual so you know you are getting the rite information
