newbie here

thanks alot for all the input guys, i really appreciate it! and due to the advice, i fought my hardest to resist starting it today lol. but here's another question for those with input on my speedometer problem.....what would be the "right" way to fix it? replacing that #2 from the scematic? or just JB welding the key in there? just nervois because its my first sled and i want it to be 100% ya know?
 

The best advise i can give you is that if you just start it and let it run a little while it will load it up, you need to clean it out by either riding it or get it in the air and squeeze a few revs out of it
