aaen viper jetting setup results??

Hi guys,I have been running aaens setup ( vented to the box) on my 2002 viper and was wondering if anybody has tried haucks setup (not vented to the box) could you tell me what the setup is and if it made any diferance or any problems.I am happy with the aaen setup but just wanted to know if anybody had a better setup,seems wierd that you have 2 tottaly diferent setups for the same pipes.

So you are running AAen pipes? I have Hauck's pipes on mine and he told me them same thing. Run 150 mains, and unplug the airbox so it doesn't pressurize the float bowls. I think that is a little extreme on the lean side. I have a pretty good set-up as far as clutching, and jetting onmine now and I get between 10-12 mpg with my triple pipes. I have V-force3's, reed spacers, clutched, piped, and geared to run witha 1 1/4 Ripsaw track and 192 studs with 8 tooth drivers. Smokes F7's, and Polaris 800's! Haven't had a chance to beat up on a Ski-Poo, but when he meets me, he'll wish he never wanted to race! LOL Pm me, if you want my set-up for the clutch and carbs. Good luck!

what gears are you running with the 8 tooth? hows top end? I have nearly the same setup.

Gears in Viper

I'm going to run a 24 and 37 gear set-up. That's a 1.74 gear ratio. It is almost the exact same gear ratio with the 8 tooth drivers, as the stock 22/38 is with 9 tooth. Which is a 1.73 gear ratio stock. Top end should be pretty close to stock at around 110 mph I believe. Haven't had any snow yet this year to try it out, but it's coming real soon! Good luck!
