I purchased an Ice Ripper 1.25" track from CBPerformance for my 04 Viper ER. I was told that the track would set right in with no modifications.
I pulled my stock 1" track, installed the Ice Ripper (1.25" ripsaw) track and reinstalled the axel. Now, looking underneath, I see some pretty substantial rubbing up front on the heat exchanger protectors as well as the tunnel protectors. I'm really confused, since I was under the impression this would not be a problem.
Could this straighten itself out once I get the suspension in and tighten things up, or,
should I make some modifications to avoid future headaches. I really do not want to put the suspension back in only to have to take it back out.
