Not that I don't like the samples so far(or could afford to put these on) but I was tinkering with paint tonight so I'm going to throw this one out there. My thought was somewhere along the line of: anodize blue or red after cutting the basic wheel, then engraving the logo into it after to get the contrast up(scratching my head trying to remember how deep anodizing goes) or some variation of that process.

$ really depends on how much goes into making it. I can get 5 (or 6?) spoke billet wheels 8" and smaller for 52$usf shipped. Does that help?

i cam up with a drawing here also that I like abit. Let me know what yah think guys, still needs to be made into a cad file, but i dont have the software to do that, my pal Junior is working on that tho, so they should be ready to cut when i find somehwere to do it, and when i have the cash, anyhow, here goes
