Hi Guys, I am putting a 136 on a 780 cpr viper and would love to hear some Rode reports. I can't seem to get much feedback and would love yours.
I am mostly concerned in the performance area. I know it will ride a little better and may handle a little worse, but purely from a speed stand point, how has a 1.25" 136 track effected your performance in comparison to a 121 1"? Is the added weight robbing a ton of HP, or does the extra traction compensate for the added weight? I am not a top end freak just want to accelerate to 100-110 AFAP. I would really love to hear your feedback hear. Looking for the goods and the bads.

i heard top speed will be down 10-15mph. as fas as acceleration i think it will be faster to at least 60mph if not more.

I don't know about the 780 CPR, but when I went 136 with my RX-1 I probly lost 3-4 mph on top end, that's it. Well worth added acceleration/traction. ;)!

non piped viper here.... but lost a little on top, but well worth the gains in acceleration, off trail handling, and trail performance....

it really smooths out the stutters.... i have the Mountain performance option 2 136 kit under mine, i wont buy another sled that isnt a 136.... with your big bore piped you will be fine.... enjoy....
