hi there,fried my engine at the very end of last season(coolant leak,mag cylinder).
checked the damage more closely this fall and realised i need cyl,head,piston and rings/pin on that cylinder,new that would amount to the silly sum of ~1600$(i live in sweden-we dont have your humane prices..)
so to the question-i found an -99 700 engine,what do i need to change-weights and springs in the clutches i guess,but what about the jetting?
i looked in the techpages and the needlejets are different,do i need to change them? and the 600 seemed to have fatter jetting then the 700 overall also.
has anyone here done this swap and what did you change in that case?
appreciate any help i can get,dont want to fry this one too!
oh-one more question,the helix is different to(45on the 600,47 on the 700)
how much of a difference is that?
