I use the same as RichieRich, minus the wheels. I would recommend getting the wheels though.
I paid about $160 w/o the wheels. It's held up well for over 2 years.

I bought that same lift from Rich. I'm very happy with it. The quality is excellent, and it's a lot less expensive than a marlift.

yamaracer.a bike lift will lift the sled but wont allow you to work on the suspension or track.and sleds are heavier then bikes it might not lift it very well.

We use Mar Lift. I think web is www.mar-lift.com. Good stuff.

Ski, We also destroyed a few of those rubber bumpers. Haven't had any problems since we drilled completely through the bar and used a longer bolt with large washers - adds support.
