I've been busy converting my 2000 Venture 600 into a "Vmax Rage 600".

Because I've put the new plastic Yamaha skis on a short spindle trailing arm, I've changed the two rear mounting holes of the rear suspension to try and roll the sled forward a little. The holes I used were STOCK mounting holes that were already in the tunnel/brackets. My question is, does anybody know what these other holes were intended for? Are they used in the mountain sled or something?
