Hey guys, many of you guys have seen my sled before (I think) and I wondering what you guys think of me making my sled black or not. It would not be something difficult to do but need to know what you guys are thinking. I would spray the hood a glossy black and put some shiny decals on it that say "SRX". I would also buy some skin for the seat and put on the special edition viper black and silver seat. I can get the belly pans and other things from a 98 srx. Let me know what you guys are thinking. The last pic is of my brothers sled which is black.

...oh ya back to subject, stick with the blue for sure matt, its for sure more catchy and better eye candy!!!
The black does look nice but I think I'd stick with the blue. I love that yamaha blue. I have a 98 SRX and really don't like the black belly pan with the blue hood. I was thinking of going with the black look since I would only need to paint the hood but if I could find a blue bellypan I'd go with the blue. Anyone know where I can find a blue SRX bellypan?

Thanks alot jigg, I have to learn how to do that. lol
I think the Black looks good but I must agree that the blue looks better then I thought. I think that it will remain to be blue but havent totally decided yet. Thanks again.
N2oiroc, I thought that would pop up in this post but wasn't sure. Thanks for living up to the american life. lol

No problem... i really like the black honestly... it's different, you always see SRX's in blue.

Jigg, if it is not to much trouble could you do that exact same thing to the third picture but for the blue strip on the seat, make that silver/grey like the limited edition viper seat. If you don't want to that is fine also. Thanks

Yo Matt, go black all the way dude! I was just thinking also tonight about transforming mine to black, with no decals on it, just straight jet black, with a polished tunnel, and black and probably orange seat. Might have some orange highlights here and there also
