Well my clutches are not working together. They are fighting each other and i know that because i tryed them on 2 srxs and they were doing the same thing...
The primary gets soo hot that you cant even touch it for a while.
This is what i am running
Primary:
8bn-20 4.5inner 4.5 outter
Orange Hauck
Stock rollers
Secondary
red spring wrapped at 80

How is alignment & centre to centre? Might wanna try a w-w-w primary spring too.

center to center shouldnt matter cause it happened with other sleds too 2 other srx's. There has to be something else wrong.

Check bushings in the primary & secondary buttons next.

What are stock rollers, could smaller rollers help. Just a stab Did you use different belts for different sleds, or same belt on all 3. Maxdlx

Riding in soft slushy snow with a lot of upshift & backshift will heat em up. Might wanna try tightening the secondary in sloppy snow.

well the conditions are hard pack and with little snow so you dig down to the ground. There is lots of traction

If your clutches are hot you're slipping the belt, I would agree with Turk, try throwing a Yamaha green in the secondary you'll get more pinch
