riding slow I can hear the drive clutch "clicking" sounds like the weights may be sticking, any way to check? is a rebuild kit available and cheap?

check the tighteness of all the bushings in the clutches. Check the play in the rollers and weights, should have very little sideplay and vertical play. Put on a new drivebelt and see if the clicking or thumping noise goes away, because a notched drivebelt will do this. Check the helix bushing and slider buttons on the secondary. Rough the sheaves up good with a scotch brite pad or fine sand paper and wash them with hot soapy water. Also wash your new drivebelt in hot soapy water. Check center to center and alignment as well. These are all regular maintenance procedures for your clutches. Clutches inherently make some noise from vibration causing the weights to rattle on the rollers, and rollers to vibrate on the pins, etc. Just make sure all of the above listed parts aren't worn. If you find worn parts, replace them. Hope that helps.

the 94 clutch had the narrow rollers in it, they will rattle at idle/slow speeds, If your clutch is in good shape and it rattles you can put an extra side washer in it and stop the noise
