Tilting a Triton Enclosed 10"

I've got a new 10' enclosed Triton trailer. It is a great rig, though only used once, but I am looking for ideas on how to keep it tilted down to facilitate loading it with just one person present. It's center of gravity keeps it level with the top open, are folks using a shock or spring to help out?? All input appreciated, thanks!!

Hydraulic strut

You can buy a hydraulic strut like the ones used on liftgates or hoods. I think High Performance Engineering sells ones specifically for sleds. I bought one from www.mcmaster.com it works great. Jason

I have one of these on my TRITON because I had the same problem. They work only when both sleds are off. Short the first sled when loading, keeping the weight towards the back. Then load the second sled all the way up. Then push first sled forward. They also make springs that attach to the pivot bolts on the trailer/hitch. I'm thinking of adding these also. Hope this helps. I have the coiled springs on my triton and they work great.They hold the bed with one sled loaded on ready for the other.
