Odd Track Wear

I just noticed my track has been rubbing lightly on the tunnel protectors. Small rubbing mark on the track window where it would contact the tunnel protectors under the seat. Maybe normal?? Checked the track tension and its fine, alignment looks good. New to all this so not sure whats normal. Looking at the tunnel protectors it looks like it scuffs the front 3-4inches closest to the drive gears. It's not in constant contact, but looks like it bouncing up and hits it
 
it hits it when the suspension is bottomed out. try a little more center spring preload, or if you are unstudded and it rides ok then leave it. Maxdlx
 
ive got 96 studs up the middle. is it any-thing i should worry about? the scuff marks on the track are very light. the studs arent hitting the tunnel or the tunnel protectors
 
and how exactly would i add more center spring? i know i use the adjuster nut, but screwing it down or up adds more resistance?
