Speedo correction?

Is there any prctical way to correct the factory speedometers in Sleds? I have a 97 Vmax500XT and like everyone else's, the speedo is way out to lunch. Is there an easy way to adjust the speedo to correct it to match a Gps, or at least get closer?

Screw it! Just tell everyone you have a 95 mph sled!!

Mine does 105 on the speedo. That's about 99 on my gps.

yeah that would be nice i suppose ... but that would just make me like all the other dreamers out there .. lol
