Got the sno-scoot out yesterday as we had a skif of snow. Starts right up and runs and idels fine but wide open it flutters real bad and would not clean out. So i thought ok I have never put a plug in this unit so I do that. No change. So i clean the carb, of course it was spotless and I am anal when it comes to summerizing,

When I did summerize this unit I fogged the living hell out of it. So much, that fogger was running out of the pipe at the head.

Finnaly my question. Could I of had so much oil in the pipe that it took 30 -40 minuets of riding to get it all blown out??? Because it just started to run better all the time. And now runs great.

I wouldn't think that excessive fogging oil would do that, but hey anything is possible. If it was puddled up in the crankcase and it was sucking it up gradually and burning it, it would run much better when that was all used up, i just wouldn't think that it would take that long. But as long as it's running good now, i wouldn't worry about it ;)!

I dont know man - just ticks me off because i would of put a hundred bucks on it that that thing would run perfect right from the start. I just spend too much time making sure its perfect when put up for the summer.

O-well, Zach says leave it alone dad it runs great......... guess thats all I need.
