Viper clutch alignment - engine mounts?

I need to align the clutches on my 02 Viper. I have a Sled Pro tool (SPTC6) and I'll be installing a Yamaha torque limiter at the same time.

My question: when we talk about "loosening the engine mounts", what are we loosening, exactly?
