OLD PLUGS! my sled did this when I got my AAEN's on it after having the same plugs in it all summer while starting it 2 times a week... Ran fine with stock pipe but with pipes it did nothing but sound like crap and backfire. Also, if you turn out your fuel screws TOO much, it may want to backfire most of the time and foul plugs at low end.

run your fuel screws around 2 turns out for the center dumps.

just did the fule screws they seemed like they were farther out then 2 turns so maybe it was a combination of the 2 but i cant get it running right now i keep flowing thoes plugs so im gonna have to make a run to advance auto and buy a box of plugs. plus the gas leaked out when i was doing teh screws and i just tred plullin it ove rlike 30 times and now im hungry and tired so im just gonna try it tomorow when i change the top sproket back to stock.

30 times? Only took me that many pulls once out of the 5 times I've had the carbs off this season... I forgot to plug the CDI back in
. Shouldn't really take you that many pulls unless you forgot something too... or unless there is something else wrong.

When we are tired and hungry and frustrated we tend to overlook things....
been there done that.
Relax and take a deep breath look again and I bet when you pulled the carbs to adjust the screw out two turns something did not go back together properly.
Are the pulgs wet with gas and oil. Stupid question (i will never admot I did this) hit the kill switch or turned the key off and kept trying to start the machine. After about 25 pulls my wife pulled the kill switch and it started right up.

LOL, thats almost as bad as me trying to find carb issues for an hour, coming up with nothing, and then realizing the sled is out of gas! I think i've done that twice!
