this is sumthing i havnt done yet

unless it's spongy there's no need to do it. If you want to do it, there's a bleed nut thingy on the caliper you losen squeeze the lever and fluid will come out of it. Hopefully air will too if it's spongy. Tighten the nut and release the lever. Do this as many times as you feel you need to. Make sure you keep the resivour full.
 
get a small hose that fits over the bleeder, and run it down into a pop bottle with brake fluid in it. It will let air out when you compress, the lever, and suck fluid back in. Tighten it pump it a couple times and do it again. Its cleaner that way. Maxdlx
