Who has put NOS in a SRX?

I am looking into this option and I was looking for some info on what guys have been running and looking for some opinions on the various systems people have tried, pros, cons, etc. I am running an ported SRX with Mega Power heads and Hauck Pipes and ATACC. I am considering one of the following three systems: Boss Noss, Boondockers, Ice... Thanks!
 
I have just completed a nos installation on a 700 MM with ATACC. It is my understanding that the boondocker system pressurizes the float bowls to increase fuel. Since the atacc usses the foat bowl vents, the boondocker is not an option. I purchased a BOSS system. I like the idea of the 280 psi regulator their system uses since it reduces the bottle temp issue. However, BOSS are becoming infamous for thier inability to provide service in a timely way. I talked to the guy at CB about nitrous. I think if I was doing it again, he would get my business.
 
I put the Boondocker set up mine ('01) and it works great. Simple installation, plenty of room, nice and neat. I have a MBRP can on mine and the bottle fits right along side. Ya gotta look for it to see it. Give it a shot you'll enjoy it. Good luck
 
I put a nitrous kit on my 99 SRX.. I highly RECOMMEND buying the book from holley and reading it cover to cover BEFORE you purchase a system that is stupid!!!!I have wrote a LOT of posts about nitrous and have done EXTENSIVE TESTING (trial and error also) and found out that the BEST of the BEST, KNOWS the PROPERTIES of NITROUS and HOW IT WORKS the way it does!!! Spraying it into the airbox and pressurizing the float bowls SOUNDS STUPID by just the posts before mine!!!! using the same fuel that the motor runs on is also a DUMB IDEA!!!!!!! There are a LOT OF PEOPLE out there that comes up with the CRAZY IDEAS and people BUY the HECK out of it..... THEY SWEAR BY IT ALSO!!!!! it's kinda like the guy who SWEARS by YAMALUBE and degrades citgo and texaco 2 stroke oil!!!! (its the SAME EXACT THING).... (but HE"S TOO DUMB to figure that he is paying TWICE the price for the same thing!!!)..... PLEASE SPEND the cash for the book and read yourself the RIGHT ANSWERS!!!!!! Mike Thermos (aka NOS SYSTEMS) pioneered Nitrous and spent his WHOLE CAREER testing and tuning and building and designing systems before he retired and sold his rights to HOLLEY!!!! Now HOLLEY sells his inventions!!!!! and HOLLEY won't buy into something that don't sell!!!!!! I'll bend over backwards and help you in any way that I can,,, I will tell you the do's and don'ts and how I came up with WHAT I came up with!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE DUMMIES!!!! a five hundred dollar system that "bolts on in about an hour" Is a WASTE OF AN HOUR!!! not to mention the waste of $500.00... its like buying that "near beer" stuff and drinking 4 CASES of it trying to catch a buzz!!!!! Or like being "kinda pregnant",,, GET MY POINT??????? 99% of those systems are a WASTE OF MONEY!!! I know Mega power (mark) personally, and have spent a LOT OF TIME with him with my SRX!!!! ( a lot of money too) I've talked with freddie Klies EXTENSIVELY and also with a LOT of other "big names" in the RACING business!!!!! I've spent countless days and days trying to make the SRX SCREAM!!!!!!! I WILL NOT give you any advice on clutching!!!! I PROMISE YOU THAT!!!!!! Now lets get back to the original question. What are people running and what are some of the pros and cons of the respective systems they are running?
 
Whatever they run, unless it is a home made system by SOMEONE who KNOWS what they are doing,,, ITS GARBAGE!!!!!!! A WASTE OF MONEY AND A WASTE OF NITROUS!!!!! END OF CONVERSATION!!!! Gary Oles nosboy
 
Hey Gary, Why is it that the holley nitrous kit is so superior to all of the other nitrous kits out their today? I have been doing a lot of reading on your threads and all you talk about holley nitrous systems. What makes their kit better?
