Is it possible to re-gear a Viper ER and if so where do you get the gears?

the top gears are the same as normal viper gears. the bottoms are avaliable but over $100. p.m. richierich, he can tell you what is avaliable and has great prices on them too.

What are you trying to do? If you want more "out-of-the-hole" then drop one tooth on top, it makes a big difference w/o losing a lot on top and nothing else needs to be changed/adjusted. I bought a new gear at my dealer for about $22. Don't forget to buy the chain case oil and torque the gear nuts.
