Need Help with Phaser SS

I just got a 97 phaser ss tonight at the dealer started fine looks mint condition well then i took it home got it on the trail it handles great no problems there but when i start to get going it goes but stutters and hesitates and bogs and back fired too. what is the cause of this its got brand new plugs. is it the carbs that are gumed up? is the fuel bad im calling this dealer tommorow. Just realy dissapointed. If anyone has an idea or has had this happen please comment with suggestions.

Carbs need to be cleaned, the pilot jets are probably plugged up. When it sputters, flip the choke on momentarly and see if it goes away. If so it's the pilot jets.

Clean the carbs, make sure everything is clean, put some good gas in the tank, try different plugs. I would also make sure its not the TORS acting up, trying disconnecting it to see if it helps, however if you do this be aware that if the carbs stick while riding it wont cut the engine rpm, be careful.
