Ok, I figured out what's going on with my clutch...

I had a yellow spring in the clutch so I put the stock spring in. Problem is that it's still engaging too high. Someone mentioned that the weights or something else in the clutch will also have to be modified to work with the stock spring. Does anyone know what this is?

if the spring has a different total force you may have to add or subtract to keep rpms in optimal h.p. range.

What machine are we talking about and what weights are in there now.
The yamy weights have the number stamped on them.

tell us what sled you have and everything you have in your clutches (weights, rivets, rollers, primary spring, secondary spring, and helix), and how it is revving at wide open throttle all the way through. We'll get you dialed in.
