just bought a new one for my friend. It was $9.50. Your local Yamaha dealer should stock them. My dealer pulled a box out with at least 50 of them in there. Doug
My dealers site has it for 28.65. Part #8AY-77554-01-00. Are we talking about the same thing?

here is the sled I bought the part for. You in upstate NY call Stones Snow Sled in Newark that is where I got it. I still have the reciept for $9.73 to be almost exact as I can remember.
