53/43 Helix Green Spring

The soft wet snow will definitly play games with your RPMs, so wait until you get better conditions( a good hard pack base,or ice if your studded)

Could my power vavles not be opening up right? I am going to hopefully get some miles on it tomorrow. I will report back.

I know this might be off the thread post, I put a torque limiter on my sled last year and it seems like it lost ten mph top end. It has been a year since I did it but could I have center to center to tight on it? I have the tool to set it up and did set it up with that. I think it was a srx center to center tool. What i'm asking is could this be the problem? I like how it takes off out of hole until I hit 100mph then it just seems to fall on it's face. It did have a strong top end but that is gone now!!!!

Check for 2 things
centre to centre
Offset
Belt slipping in the secondary
RPM,s are at 8600ish at wot
Guess that is more then 2. Too many beers & time for bed.

I also have the tool for offset. That is all setup with them but my worry is that the belt I run is manufactures belt for a 2002 viper but they had that belt on there for when the motor gets under power and will start to move back torque back to the secondary and might not want to shift out due to the fact that it is acting like a smaller belt now. What do ya think? Thanx for reply turk and good night ,I also had a few to many.

So I got out and put some miles on. It revs to about 8,200 rpms. I have a no top end it seems. I don't find I have gained much low end either. What should I do with it? Should I change my wrap to 60 degrees? I think I am ready for a new sled.
