were do i have to add weight to get my RPMs down to 7800 from about 8400. I like how it performs, but it has quite an overrev. would I add weight to the tip or center hole on the weights? Also for what ever one it is, would it change anything else other than just the max RPM. sorry it may sound a bit confusing.

I guess basicly what im asking is how can I lower my max RPM's without changing anything else about the the way it performs now.

on a WOT pull, when does it start over revving, right out of the hole or only as you near top end? If it overrevs out of the hole all the way to top end, add weight to both holes. If it only starts overrevving as you near top speed, add weight to the tips only. Start with a new belt when you make changes, and make sure your center to center and alignment are within spec.

Adding mass to the inner hole & leaving tip lighter will give good backshift; good holeshot but slightly hurt top end.
