just started the sled up....seems that there is a little vibration until you rev it up to about 2500 rpm.....what could be causing this...thanks

If this is the first time that it has been started this year, I would say that the carbs(pilot jets) need to be cleaned. It most likely isn't running on all 3 until you get off of the pilot jets.

Maybe something in your steering came loose so it just seems like the sled is vibrating bad?

no its not bad at all....completely leaves at 2500

it could be you primary clutch check it for broken parts.

primary is brand new.....also the sled runs awesome in the higher rpms....if it was the crank it probably wouldnt run this welll would it???

is the clutch tight can you see it wabble when it is idling or put a gage on it to see if it runs true.when the 98 cranks were bad they would run fine but you could see the clutch wabble when at a idle.sounds like it happens before engagment.
