clutching 2000 sx700r help please

im runing 8ca 4.5gr 3.1 in tip pgp spring 2 engagment shims in primary
51/43 helix silver spring at 70 wrap
- running at 8100rpm all the way threw looking for 8500 and belt can come up 1/2 inch more on primary , the secondary is running cool to touch , bottom end hals *** but seemes like can get more top end any sudgestion with rivets to change and how much or what ever think that will help me

you would need to shallow out the finish on the helix if you were to use all the rest of the parts you have there. The 8ca's dont simply have enuff tip weight to pull big topend. maybe something in the range of a 50/40 would do the job with what you have there

Too much wrap in secondary. Green at 60 is lots. .8 gram in tip will get ya about 2-300 rpm,s. A 48/40 helix with your present set up & green at 60 should allmost be perfect.
