Hanging idle

Well - Took carbs off today and cleaned them well. Sled back together and still having the idle hang at about 3500 rpm for a second or two then come down slowly. I know this is not how it used to be at the end of last year because it is causing my TOR's to activate. I set my fuel screws to 2 1/8 out.

Any other ideas on what would have changed since last year causing this probelm?

i'm stumped too fin, my screws are already out 2-1/4-- back' em out more?? bigger pilots, smaller air jets-- i don't know. the thing that makes it a pain in the a$$ is when i need to go into reverse- you gotta wait for it to idle down
