I just picked up my 01 Srx and was wondering what kinda cheap, no brainer mod's i could do, jetting , clutching or anything else reasonably cheap

Clutching is every thing with SRX's Get a set of heel clickers for quick adjustments. I wouldnt recomend you playing with jetting

depending on the miles your clutches will wear first changing both springs and bushings and installing new pins with washers for the wieghts and dont forget the secondary plastic ramp pins.it might just go faster as well i see you are from barrie welcome aboard.len

Ok what about gutting the air box, cold air intake?

got family s**t to do, or else i would be there. Nice and close to home. How often do the run down there? never heard about it before

this is the biggest weekend but the track is kept pretty good all year.slows down after the trails are opened.raidar runs every weekend bottom end of simcoe and drag track is down the canal keep to the left first t and you are there.little early for running big ice yet but the track is flooded 2 lanes wide.i would leave the air box alone and jetting as well if the plugs look good.cya
