#3 plug fouling at idle with M31's on 03?

I just had my machines given a pre-season tune up and number # 3 still can foul at idle. The plug shows more black than the others. It went in like that. The tech said he takes the carbs apart and cleans them so I said o.k. and $ 235.00 later no luck.
It still will foul at idle. My other twin sled idles fine no problems.

The sled's seem clean with only 1,300mi. on it.

I was thinking of running carb cleaner through it.
Or should I go to an other dealer to have that carb focused on.

Any advice? I'm handy and wouldn't mind adjusting if it should be tried. I'd like to learn how to clean these M31's myself actually to save $ in future. I can turn a wrench well. Maybe someone can direct me to an article that deals with the M31's.

first thing I would check would be the fuel screw setting on the bottom of the carbs, if this is off she is gonna be rich or lean on idle and very low speeds. If the carbs have been cleaned and the sled has no bog or low speed running problems other then fouling plugs, this is the first place to look.

Doesn't seem to bog at all. Actually it is very responsive.

Can the mixture screw be adjusted with the carbs on? I took at quick look at it yesterday and it seemed pretty tight quarters. Or is there a special tool to get to it?
