The pump on my 99 MM600 gave up the ghost after sitting all summer. I'm debating whether to go with a stock replacement or aftermarket. The aftermarket is half the price of course but the tradeoff I assume will be having to deal with maybe different mounting and different length fuel lines. Can anyone share their experience.

Also when I was testing the pump I blew into the fuel line that goes into the tank and nothing happened then something broke loose and air went through. I'm wondering if I blew the filter off the end of the line that sits in the tank. Has anyone tried to change one of this? I seems like you would have to fish it out of the fill hole to get to it.
