Anybody ever try these on a 2002 srx 700? there's a set on ebay right now and i'm wondering if they're any good. I imagine there at least 10 pounds lighter than stock, i just wondered if they'd be any good performance wise?

Bad Idea, I dynoed them on an 01 SRX and lost 14 HP. Stay away.

14 peak hp? There weren't any gains at all? From my experience with other machines, aaens stuff is pretty good.

I have never heard anything good about Aaens srx pipes either. If the sled is stock stay with stock pipes there the best.

No gains anywhere. They were a joke and when I called aaen they all but admitted it. They said yeah but they save weight so the overall performance is the same. Absolute joke. Aaen stuff does work on some sleds but after that experience I will never even consider them. I think there are only a few good aftermarkets left. The rest of them all toot their own horn and make unrealistic claims.
pipes
Everything I´ve heard about srx pipes says, stay with stock even if you could find a set of pipes that give more power you will not get the same powerband/mpg.So I think it´s better to put the money in clutching/track/porting. This is based on what I´ve heard and read.
