what's proper method to clean clutch and what is torque spec for bolt

I used a soft brillo pad and warm water. It works better than gas or any other nasty chemical I could find. Really eats the black marks off of everything.
 
I disasemble the clutches and scrub in parts cleaner, blow dry and also use contact or brake cleaner to get them dry and then assemble dry - do not lube anything.

Torque spec is -secondary gets 4.6 foot pounds.

primary gets 87 foot pounds - break it loose then 43 foot pounds
