Has anyone that has put a viper seat on any old sx with a single headlight noticed the effect of the dual tailights of the viper drawing to much current? My headlight already dims a bit with the brake light and I'm thinking that I might need to switch to led tailights. Which means changing the wiring a little bit because I believe the brake circuit is on the ac feed line and led require dc. Any one out there with any advice?

Well, i just finished installing my led tailight on my sx with the original seat. Works without a flaw but it doesn't seem to save me much energy. My headlight still dims CONSIDERABLY when i plug in my visor... but it is more instant and slightly brighter. I didn't change any wiring or anything, just swapped bulbs.

theres only one thing wrong with putting LED's on your tailight , its doesn't create enough heat to melt away any snow that gets tossed up on the lense. You will still see light with LEDS but not as clear( IF SNOW GETS ON THE LENSE. just my thoughts!!!!
PS!! ALL 12 VOLTS SYSTEMS ARE DC(DIRECT CURRENT) LEDS ARE INTERCHANGABLE WITH STANDARD 12 VOLT WIRING SYSTEMS ON VECHILES OR TRAILERS
Hope this helps!
