Vmax SX inspired Nytro

I've done some odds and ends stuff for my friends. If it fits in a kitchen oven I can do it for you. I use an infared heater on larger stuff like my trailing arms but its a pain to control the heat and it ends up brittle on occasions. I have a Atc70 that I restored and powdercoated a lot of things on it. The next time I get it out I'll email ya a picture.

BTW its easy and reasonable to do. I have a harbor freight gun and an old kitchen oven. About 125.00 in equipment. I buy all my paint at www.columbiacoatings.com

cool! if I dont ge the stuff myself, I may send it your way! or at least ask for advice if I get my own gun :) thanks

to top that hood off get 2 decent sized stickers that say yamaha in white so you can fill up that blank spot where there isnt any stickers on the side... i mean if you want that snowcross look

Nearly Completed!

Here are some photos of my sled that is nearly completed. I have a couple small things to complete. Like hook up the tail light, paint the running boards, and I have a couple smaller flames that I might put on the hood or windshield. I have to put the big *** michigan registration on the blank spot under neath the vmax. I'm kind of worried my powder coating job is not going to hold up on the trailing arms. If anybody is interested in getting a set of this stickers shoot me an email. I can customize them and I'll also fix the yamaha logo.

Not to be nit-picky but the latest SnoGoer explains the difference between the Yamaha Corp. and the Yamaha Motor logos. I just got home last night and had the newest issue waiting for me. The Motor logo has the tuning forks touching the outer edge of the circle and the Corp. does not. They look GREAT either way. Nice job.
I just ran into using the wrong logo on a TV script I sent to Yamaha-motor. They corrected the use of the logo, I didn't even notice.

TV script? you gotta tell more about that! explain please :)

I work as a sales exec for an NBC affiliate, and part of my job is to develop Coop approved TV spots for Yamaha dealers - it only shows in this market not on a national basis, although the last ATV spot we did was as good as anything Yamaha has produced.
