They will interchange.
On a sidenote, I hate how they put plywood in the seats. That wood always gets wet, then rots and gets heavy! Removed my freinds this friday and it weighed a ton.

Well, what can you do about that? I'll have to take my seat off to put tunnel protectors in for the studs, so should I replace it? I think some of the staples are starting to show on the bottom part of my seat.

i'd replace it, one of the easiest fixes to do on a sled.

Just bring it to an apholseterer for the seat staples, they do awsome work. The buttons on my seat were ripped when I got it and literlally took under 2 mins from the time I handed him the seat, he installed all them, then handed it back, looks perfect and costed $5. I highly reccomend this.
Akrievins, if you have never had the seat off before, dont be afraid, I guarentee its the easiest thing to do. On my buddies exciter, there were two phillips head screws to undo close to the front of the seat, then two 10mm nuts to unthread under the seat in the tunnel and off it came, along with unclipping the wireing. It literally took 2 mins to do, not even rushing either.
BTW, studs on the phazer will be a super tight fit..... Me and my freind are looking for a new motor for his exciter right now, but once we do, might stud it next season. But then again, thats a liquid cooled, with heat exchangers, and these were the closest contact points for the studs, and since your phazer has none, well, tough call...

Plywood seat fix:
I don't know where you'd find the material, but you can take a 1/4 to 1/2 inch piece of abs plastic sheeting, cut it to size and then staple it on in place of the plywood. The thinner it is, the lighter it'd be and it won't absorb water.

I took the seat off to get at the tunnel for studding and protectors, and that wood was soaking wet and falling apart. Staples had come out as well. I removed all of the old wood, foud some sligtly thicker stuff, covered it in water sealer, and installed it back in using rivets. I then used a heavy duty staple gun to do my own re-aplostering. Worked out well, and cost me nothing! Used my Dad's wood, tools, and water sealer. Should keep me going for a few years. Free is best!
