Best Transfer rods?
Who bored their silencer and do you like it?
Aftermarket silencer? (NPV) niceest sound, quietest-loudest?
Carbides, makers and type (duallys, shaper bars etc)

I just bought an 01 Venture 600 for my wife and the previous owner had all his service work done by a man that only works on Yamaha. He bored an inch and a half hole in the silencer from the bottom and claims that is the way to go. Not too loud and he claims to get better gas mileage. I took it off and shined a light into it and it goes right through now. Personally, I think it sounds nice but I would not do it for a wifes sled, but it's there now. If she thinks its annoying, I'll just pick up a stock one on e-bay. They are over 400 bucks new. Thats my 2 cents.
