My sled is all drained down with new oil filter,what is the verdict on synthetic with or without seafoam.My rx1 03 has 4500 miles on it and it does use some oil,Thanks Lee.

i know that synthetic oil isnt recommended for the 4 strokes in cold weather. bye the way welcome to the site

why wouldn't it be recomended for cold weather operation?

You can use the amsoil synthetic formula 4 stroke powersports 0W-40 oil with no problems at all. It is designed with 4 stroke ATV's and snowmobile in mind. It has a pour point of minus 60 degrees. Where you live? I can quote you a price on a case shipped. I give a discount to TY ers

It's amazing the difference Amsoil makes, even over other synthetics. With that many miles on it, I'd definately change over.

I didnt realize you could use synthetic in 4 strokes, thought it was something to do with the high rpms.
