Optimal rpm on a piped viper (clutch wheight Q )

Going to mount and adjust the heelclicker kit on my triple slp piped viper..

What rpm`s do i aim for, when adjusting the heelclicker wheights?

Would like it to engage around 4-4500, but most important is to know how high i am supposed to let it rip at full throttle acceleration.. 8000? The heelclicker manual only said "max 8400rpm", not the optimal rpm..
 
A constant 8900rpm`s every time i wanna go fast.... (happens alot :D)

Sounds a little hard on the engine? Or are they built to take this punishment?

I thought 8600 was a maximum recomended topspeed rpm for these engines, but i might have misunderstood.
 
Stock with a single pipe its makes its best power at the factory 85-86(pipe design/ignition combination), with the slp triples which is what I believe we're talking about it makes its best power at 8900 (pipe design)which takes it out of the timing spike region of the cdi. 300rpm isn't going to brake anything its just going to make more HP(pipe design), and take it out of the hot spot. I think the other triple pipe set-ups that run at stock rpm (pipe design) have corresponding bigger jetting recomended to cool this down.

Cliff notes: Bottom end is plenty strong to run at 8900. Properly jetted it should live along and happy life.
 
Novice as i am, i have to ask..

While i am adjusting, is the perfect goal to keep the engine at these rpm`s from the second i hit the throttle, until it reaches top speed, or am i looking for more/less rpm at full top speed?

I`m sorry if this is a "to basic" question, but coming from 500hp manual transmisson bmw`s (self built turbo engine), and enduro motorcycles, it feels like starting all over again with these type of clutches hehe..

I always shoot for a little over rev at first then settle into the 8900 with the slps...also throw some helix at that sled
