Just throwing my support in for Rich. I've been buying stuff from him as well and think he has good prices and is a good guy. I've also recomended him to friends and family.

Do you want my address??

Sure! I always enjoy talking/wrenching sleds, and meeting other Yamaha guys! Not many of us around here. Where ya' ride at? Who's your dealer?

(See I'm a friendly guy, but I value TY and don't like to see this sort of stuff, especially from my own local "brothers".)

Be cool man!

I find it very disturbing that a customer would post spam all over the internet before talking to the company. This thread should be deleted and it is not valuable information to anyone. Sorry this had to happen. Just talk to the distributer before you post it everywhere!

Anwyays guys lets just get over it, we all know Rich is a great guy, and very Respective to everyones wallets and wouldn't think he would ever try and rip a Ty member off... I have never bought anything off rich, but i heard great news about him.. we dont need to bash evan more.... lets just take it eaaassy, reeelaxx a little! "snoball, If you do not like the way rich is doing buisness, then ASk for a refund Politly and im sure he will respect that and give your money back. so... enough

Ok so i over reacted (still wound up over the Steeler's game today what a freakin nail bitter)..... he is going to refund my money and we agree to disagree end of story lets move on

two thumbs up here for rich , i have and will continue to just call and order from rich without checking around for other prices , he has always been great to me and i trust him ...thank you for everything in the past and a thank you for all the great deals your going to give me getting the gt up to par .....WOW what a sled !!!!!!

At the risk of beating this topic to death.....If in fact the lightbulbs could be found cheaper, I dont know or care. However,Snowball ,if you would have put the same level of effort in to your "bulb search" as you are trying to put the screws to Rich we wouldn't be here now. As for the comments about visiting other sights to trash someones reputation, I kinda feel sorry for you. You seem like a guy who spouts off without alot of thought involved, maybe I'm wrong. To end on a good note, just last week I ordered a studded Hacksaw from Rich, great price, showed up in a day.

be thankful your not a bills fan. lousy year, and lousy weather it was fricken 60 deg. fri. i'm heading north and ain't turning back until i hit santa claus w/ my viper. hey richierich any connection to the richierich's motorsports in w.n.y. area

This topic cuts deep for me as my family operates a technology-heavy business which provides both equipment and services. Our margins have been cut over the last several years on the equipment side; I constantly hear from customers that our prices are high; they are high because we are a VALUE-ADDED Reseller and installer/service shop.

If you want dirt cheap equipment, do your homeowrk and shop the competition to death. However, when that same individual does not have the requisite skill to install or service the equipment, they have no room to complain. It takes $$ to runa shop, overhead, payroll, etc. Skill sets are not just "acquired" they take training and training takes $$. However, when the equipment does require servicing, you can be assured that the VALUE-ADDED reseller will not only be able to assist in the installation or repair of the equipment, but will often offer other input to assist a customer.

Although I have not personally made purchases from Rich, the feedback on this site regarding his shop and willingness to help speaks for itself.

As previously stated, you are free to shop the competition. As another stated, I would also be willing to support a site sponsor for a few bucks more.

This is America, this is capitalism. If you do not like the price, walk to the next shop. the market will dictate whether Rich makes it or not; judging by the feedback on thsi site, I would believe he is here to stay.

Keep up the great work Rich! To all of the site members here that run there own shop, work in the trades, or generally face the struggles of a small business; keep fighting the good fight!

I will now get off my soapbox; Thanks!

If your problem is solved, delete the thread so nobody else has to waste their time reading it.

Thanks.

I live in Montreal Canada & just ordered a helix, spring, carbides, and still saved money, even with the exchange rate and shipping im still on top of the game. I would encourage all canadians to call up Rich for parts , Do the Math you save $$$$$$$$ ;)!

shoot, this thread is some of the best advertisement Rich could get. geez, I want to buy somethin from him now and I don't even need/want anything :D I personally try to shop my local dealer for everything. I really like that I can ride my sled from my house to the dealer and they typically will fix whatever I need on the spot. Yep, their parts cost more than I can find em on-line, but my on-line retailer won't drop what he is doing and walk out to my sled and show me how to do something....
