I have a 1990 phazer that had a Y pipe (header) with a broken seal on the end where my AAEN pipe connects. So i bought a new one, put it on, it all seemed good until i drove it, I had only driven it for less than 10 days not even, when i walked out in the morning to start it i lifted the hood and found the new header's seal was broken off. Is there some wierd explanation of why this happened to a brand new header?
Thanks

Perhaps the pipe isn't secured well, causeing the pipe to bounce around, and the seal just breaks from movement...?
About all I can think of.

Yeah i'll check all the things that would make the vibration on the pipe happen.
