Pic resize

Do you have Microsoft Paint? Thats what i use,go to "Image" click on "stretch/skew" change the size by changing the "stretch" percentages equally.
 
There is a MUCH easier way to resize pics. Download the Image Resizer tool from Microsoft's website. After you install the application, all you have to do it right click the pic and click resize pictures. Select the desired options and you're done!

Image Resizer Tool will be on the right side. 5th one from the bottom.

OK now where do i find this image resizer thing i just downloaded????
 
Follow these instructions. Should I make a new post showing how to download and use the program?? Then maybe Mr. Sled could make it a sticky!! It is by far the best way to resize pictures. ;)!
