need help

is the primary clutch off? if its off then its no big deal, just use a easy out and maybe a tad of heat, will come right out.

If the clutch is on, you will need to sacrifice a puller by shorterning up the stem and then removing the clutch

If the threads are messed up it could be an SOB. If not, you can sometimes use a small center punch that is sharp to remove it. Punch a divot on the outer radius of the bolt, then angle the punch and tap in the direction to back the bolt out. Ususally if you get a turn or two out, you can take it the rest of the way with your fingers or a pair of pliers. This is faster than drilling. Be careful not to swell the edge of the bolt or ding up the threads. They also make left handed drill bits for this reason. The spiral type easy outs work best if you have to resort to it.

Good luck.
