Dropped the rear suspension problems any ideas ? ! ?

1990 Exciter I added the struts from a 96 600 which has 2" plus more travel. So I lowered the rear of rear suspension 2" and lowered the front of rear 11/4" (ran into floor boards) to compensate for the higher front. When I sit on the seat and bounce the first 21/2" or rear travel collapses very very easy and then acts like it hits rock bottom this is with new springs. The front of the rear suspension is 1" from the floor ! Should I drill new holes in the brackets I welded on the rear mounts 1" higher to lower the rear ?

why would you lower the rear suspension? Does the extra front end travel not make the front sit higher? And where did you find a 133.5 inch track? I am only aware of a 136 inch around that size....

Ski..... I dropped the rear out of the tunnel hence, making the rear end higher. The polaris sks series used the 133.5" track for many years and many were taken off and switched for deep lug tracks. I find them all the time on E-bay like the one I put on my Exciter with a 7/8" lug for $28.00 plus shipping! 136" tracks go much higher ?
